I'm impressed with Freshdesk in the round, but why does it not seem possible to attach any files after I've created a note, but I can only attach them when I'm creating it. I'm always having to fish round for files after the writing and this is frustrating me.
Anyone else agree with me that this does sound a bit like an obvious omission?
It's a good system though.
