Adding pricing to Time Tracking

Ideally it would be good if we could track cost as well as time in the time tracking section. 


IE - Within time tracking put the cost next to the amount of time spent on the job. But have it configurable in the back end so you can assign hourly rates to clients etc.

This kind of feature would also be a major for our business. We charge a higher rate for after hours support and this is often missed when only relying on notes. It would be great to have a 'rate' field in the time tracker and have them show up in reports.

We would also like to have such a feature.  This would be great for our "job costing". Even if a flat rate is charged from one customer to another, it would be good to be able to track back to a bottom line for how much each employee is contributing, costing, etc.
