If I want to add an existing user to another project I have to type out their full email address or copy/paste from another place. It would be nice if I could start typing a couple letters and get a list of existing users to choose from.

This is a good suggestion to improve the user experience, Currently we are working on a new feature invite Guest users to projects (in the same screen). After the completion of this planned work, we will prioritise your suggestion.
