Is there a way to add a video link/tips on our customer portal to help clients in signing up or logging in to submit a new support ticket? If yes, how do we achieve it?

Adding video link
Hello Noel,
The video link can be added to your portal if you're on the Estate plan or above. Make sure to host the video in a public platform and navigate to Admin -> Portals -> Customize Portal -> Layout & Pages and paste the code of the video under Portal Home.
