Currently, NO excel report can be generated for chats through chat history. Please add this feature like with Call History reports that shows a lot of fields to determine details of a certain chat.

Addition of reports for Chats through Chat history
Hi John,
We just released "Export Chat Archives" through which you can entire chat history to a CSV or an excel file. You can now work on this data to draw some helpful insights.
