We need the ability to use Agent Title, Agent Work Phone, and Agent Mobile Phone as Dynamic Placeholders throughout the “Email Notifications” module under Administration.
Having these fields available as placeholders would greatly enhance our ability to ensure the proper Agent information is included in the appropriate Email Notification templates.
