I like how FreshService tries to create a single place for IT Documentation, but it’s a bit lacking in some areas.
I would love to see additional relationship mappings from Software & Articles to help my team find solutions a lot easier. Being able to open up a single software application like “Salesforce”, and having a linked list of common articles like “Adding a user”, would be a nice quick way to bring them to the appropriate pages.
