Give Tasks the same fields as Tickets and Projects so analytics and report on them. Specifically, Tickets have category, sub-category, and category items, but Tasks do not. Tasks can be associated with Tickets or Projects. Tickets have categories that can be reported on. Give Tasks the same fields as the associated item so reporting can be done.
