Hi Team,
Freshdesk currently allows admins to create new dashboards, but has only 4 default widgets with the widget library which is very limited.
We need much more widgets available in the library and give the ability to customers to create our own widgets.
Without additional widgets, the current ‘dashboard’ feature do not have much significance in the product.
