Instead of only have options for ANY or ALL it would be more beneficial to build AND/OR statements. This should apply to all areas of Freshservice (Tickets, Changes, etc etc). An simple example would be building a filter to see tickets in Agent Group A OR Agent Group B AND Status is Open.

The example above is one that is very simplistic. We are looking for even more complexity than that to filter on what we determine “High Risk Changes”. I’m getting what I want but the view (and score card on the dashboard) is cluttered by changes that are closed.

I’ve managed to work around this by first creating a new field in the change form, then setting up a business rule to hide that field on new forms and editing the form, then I setup a workflow automator with a condition to check that the change is not closed (my desired AND statement) and then over to another condition that checks if it meets the criteria of any of 4 other fields (my desired OR statement). When it passes that, it then sets my hidden high risk field to YES which means in the change list filters i can singularly select that field from the basic filters.
All that seems highly unnecessary and could be solved with the ability to write AND/OR statements for filtering.
