We've been a loyal FreshService customer for over 3 years, and with all of the changes over that time, I'm still shocked that the Agent Collision feature requires the Estate plan, when others, such as Zendesk offer it at their most basic level for $5/mo. Is there any plan on making this feature available in the Garden plan?
