It would be very helpful if there were agent delegations (not just approval delegations) in the system. When staff is out, it would be very beneficial if they could assign a delegate that sends all of their notifications and they see all of their work during the set time out of the office. It basically works the same as s the thee approvals but with everything in the system. It looks as if this was mentioned 4 years ago but FS never responded.
