The ability to link Agent / Admin roles to an Agent Group so that when someone is added to that group, they are automatically given the access that Group requires and if they are removed, so are those permissions.
This would make Administration of roles and groups much more seamless and people would get the right access according to what team they are attached to.
Role bundling to Agent Groups. Especially seeming there are so many permissions that grant granular access and we have about 100 Agent groups already in our IT Workspace alone. So having this feature would be VERY useful.
