Please add the ability to add “Agent groups” as a data source for drop downs in Service Items.
I want to build a form for self maintenance when adding / removing group members and if the agent could pick the group in the form this would be easy to achieve.
Yes, I can use custom objects but should I need to when the data already exists in the platform.
We have had to also create a Custom Object with the Agent Groups in it but the problem is, that it also needs to be remembered to be maintained, any time an Agent Group is added or removed - otherwise the list becomes redundant.
