When you look at the Agent / Admin Role Groups, you can see who is in each and how many people are in each group from the list view. However, this is not the case for Agent Groups.
Can this be a bit clearer and also have a way to export each individual Agent Groups’ Members and Observers into a list view. This would make administration of the groups much easier.
Would also be beneficial for agents to be able to see a view only version of the lists so that they can determine which is the correct team without having to go back to the ticket list and view the agents in each group via the assign groups list.
