Agent Reminder of Overdue Tickets

It would be great if freshdesk reminded the agent of their overdue tickets?

Hi,

Go into Admin > Supervisor and use "Hours since ticket overdue" and setup an email to the agent / group / supervisor saying it is overdue................. should work fine for this requirement........... You can then customise it how you want.......

Is this for an account above Sprout?

You can set up SLA reminders in the SLA policy config section. This is available from the Blossom plan onwards.For more details , please check out SLA reminders
