+1I’m raising this on behalf of one of our customers.
They are looking for a way to speed up and unify the process of creating new agents.
For this, they’d like to have the option of either cloning agents (roles, groups, scope etc.), or creating agent templates (e.g. “1st Level Agent” with a fixed set of roles, groups and scope).
Thanks for putting up that idea here! We don't have it in our roadmap currently, but we do have APIs available to bulk create agents with specific roles, groups and scope. You can refer the API here -

We'll keep looking for ways this could be possible, but for now it's not something we are planning to build.
