Agents Should Not Be Able to Edit Customer Information

Is there a way to prevent agents from editing or deleting customer information?  Or even accessing it at all?  Thanks,

It is possible using the "Custom Roles" feature, using which,  you could restrict the agent's access to the Customer information. This is available in one of our premium plans, Estate. Here is an article about the Custom roles feature :
