Hi,
Could I request some kind of notification or block to go in place to flag up when a duplicate asset has been/is about to be created as currently an agent is in a position that allows them to easily create duplicates. Also I haven't had a chance to test yet but I feel a little uneasy that if we reimage a laptop for example that if it is missing the agent it could get picked up as a new asset with the same name causing muchos confusion.
