Has anyone found way prevent or warn the user of all text being deleted from the new ticket form after the attachment limit of 15MBs is flashed?

Hi Erik,

Thanks for writing in our forum.
We have already devised a fix for this -  When a file >15 MB is uploaded in New ticket form, the warning will still be flashed, but now, entered text will not be deleted.

This feature is currently in testing phase and will be rolled out soon.

Hi Erik,

The feature you requested has been rolled out. Trying to upload files greater than 15MB will not longer reset the form.

Also, "Screenshot.bmp Exceeds attachments size(Not Added)" message will be displayed near the attachments area.

Hello,

If the email has multiple attachments and if they contribute to more than 20MB in size, one or more attachments would be discarded with an warning message on the ticket as seen in the pic below.

However, if the entire email size ( attachments + text ) is more than 30MB , the email might be rejected as the maximum size of an email that can be parsed is 30MB.

Cheers!
