Much like when you associate an asset, you should be able to add in what fields are visible to the customer so they can see if they are selecting the right person and if that person’s details are correct (or if they are the person, if their details need to be updated).

So instead of just their first and last name and then their email address underneath, you should be able to choose to add in their location, organisation, employee number, etc. as fields available to view so they can ensure they are selecting the right person. We have a number of people with the same name and if they are able to see more fields it means they are more likely to select the correct person.
Also the ability to search on these fields too (e.g. search on not only their name or email address but also their employeeID or payroll number as these are unique details).
