We have had several people that are agents in Freshservice expressing an interest in being able to add watchers to a ticket on the requester's behalf. This is something that an admin can do if they assume the identity of a person and then add watchers for the requester. It would be nice if agents could add watchers and not have to assuming the identity.

Allow agents to add watchers to a ticket on the requesters behalf.
