Allow API Call to have a Content Type that is not JSON

Allowing Content-Type application/x-www-form-urlencoded or other content types would allow for many more API calls. Specifically, to get a token for Microsoft Graph API. Then those calls can be used in automations.

    I have to use cases that I need to send in XML to a third party vendor and I need to use Azure to convert JSON to XML.
