There is no way to bulk delete software items. We had an errant process run and import a bunch of invalid software into our instance. To delete them, it seems I have to go into each software item to delete it. Quite tedious. Please provide an option to “Delete” while multiple software items are selected.

Suggestion would be to make it an Admin privilege to control who can delete in bulk.
+2Upvoted. We had to create an API call to bulk delete Software items that were irrelevant or no longer needed.
Having this option built in to Freshservice would be great.
