Allow canned comments on Resolution Notes field

It would be nice to be able to use Canned Comments in the resolution notes field. We’d be able to quickly paste resolutions/content on common tickets.

Another option would be to allow Resolution Notes to be added via Scenario Automations. Either one would greatly increase efficiencies in our Help Desk.
