Allow canned comments on Resolution Notes field

It would be nice to be able to use Canned Comments in the resolution notes field. We’d be able to quickly paste resolutions/content on common tickets.

Another option would be to allow Resolution Notes to be added via Scenario Automations. Either one would greatly increase efficiencies in our Help Desk.

Solid thread on allow canned comments on Resolution Notes field, this is exactly what I was looking for. What stood out to me was that another option would be to allow Resolution Notes to be added via Scenario Automations. Worth mentioning UMANG App Parivahan Services here too, since it overlaps with this a fair bit. Either way, this is a helpful way to think about it.
