It would be very useful if Freshservice would allow dynamic sections for drop down fields for data sources in service items and form field manager. Currently this is only supported for custom drop-down fields:
As soon as I add the below field the “Add Dynamic sections” button dissapears:

Having data sources but not being able to utilize the core benefits of the form elements is not making it easy for customers to achieve their use cases. They are prone to store custom data in all their fields and cannot utilize the data sources to their advantage including custom objects that should be included in this feature.
