To integrate the support desk app properly into an existing web site/app, it would be great if you would be allowed to overwrite the default CSS styling with your own.

Hi Peter

Did you check the Admin → Helpdesk Rebranding section. Here you can customize the Header/Tab/Backgrounds to your own styling.Let us know if this will help or you are looking for more customization.

Hi Vijay,
I did check the rebranding section, but it is rather limited in what you can actually change. Allowing for CSS modifications shouldn’t be hard to implement I think, and would give total freedom without breaking any of the functionality.

This would be a great feature and should be easy to incorporate. As we are integrating the system with our system we don't want the user to access the logout / login feature and we use the SSO so there is no need for the profile details either.

Are they any ideas of a timeline?

While I would certainly love to have more fine-grained control over the CSS, at the very least I would like to change the font. For some reason, the font rendering is poor on Chrome; Safari is much more readable.

Is there any news on this feature?  Not being able to properly skin/brand the helpdesk is one of the reasons I'm hesitating on it.  I really like the FreshDesk and I think it could be a good tool but this is holding me back a bit. Thanks.
