Allow for retiring or disabling agent groups

Requesting the ability to retire or disable agent groups that are no longer needed, rather than deleting them. This would allow for historical data and reporting to still work but remove groups that are no longer active from the list to select. Also would allow groups to be disabled when not needed but brought back if required.
