Allow for scheduled reports to send as CSV

It would be extremely useful to allow users options for format types when setting up scheduled reports. They currently send in PDF; however, for time tracking purposes, this can be painful for users to edit or update as needed. If we could choose to send these on a scheduled basis (like monthly) in CSV is would be EXTREMELY helpful.

In Analytics, you could set up a schedule at the widget level on a report and you could then make sure that the CSV of the underlying ticket data is selected along with the cadence.
