Allow Journey phases to be gated based on initiator profile fields

I don’t understand why journey phases can only be gated based on the initiator form. I want to gate a phase based on the initiators title in their Freshservice profile. I don’t want to ask the initiator for their title, because nothing stops them from selecting a higher level title. I already sync their title from Entra, so if I could just gate the phase off of that field in their profile, I could be sure they are allowed to move forward.
