Allow managers to view tickets down the hierarchy

Similar to the function where where you can check a box to allow someone to view all tickets for a department it would be fantastic if I could grant that ability for managers. When this is enabled it should allow a requester to view tickets that were submitted by people who have that requester listed as their manager. Thanks!
