Reports/dashboards built in the Analytics tool should allow for a manual refresh of data. It is widely frustrating that I have to wait an undetermined amount of time for the data to refresh automatically.
You should also show the time of last refresh.
These are basic features of analytics tools and dashboards and are standard functionality in Salesforce Service Cloud, FYI.

+7Completely agree with this - I would also love if the dashboards would periodically automatically refresh too without the need to manually refresh the web browser each time.
I’ve created what I thought would be a more visual / less cluttered dashboard for in-day phone calls in Analytics, with the idea to present this on a physical large scale screen within our office.
However as it needs manually refreshing to update this unfortunately this would not work for us.
