Allow requesters to be listed in Managed By

We have departmental contacts who we work with that manage specific devices within their building/department.  In Inventory for Hardware for example, the “Managed By” field allows for only an agent to be assigned.  It would be nice to have the ability to add specific “Requesters” to that list so that we can show that they are the contact/manage the equipment instead of having to assign each asset to that indvidual.
