It will be helpful if requesters could save their progress on service catalog item forms and come back to finish them later.
In our organization, some catalog item forms (especially on the business teams side) can be longer and take more time to complete. If they enter information on a form and realize they need to get more information or come back to it later, they need to start over again. Adding this functionality will be a big time saver and improve requester satisfaction.
