Our users like to CC others that they already know are interested in the ticket they're submitting (might have been part of an early discussion) but they have no way to see who they've added to CC. That seems to only be visible to agents.
It would be great to have a way to allow requesters to see who gets put on CC.

Sorry to have missed updating this thread for a very long time. On the requester portal, the user gets to see the CC'd recipients in the latest reply made on the ticket. There's no separate section that lists the CC'd users on the ticket but the latest reply bears the email addresses of the users who have been CC'd to the ticket.
