I think it would be worthwhile, in some cases, for the Resolution Note Field to be able to be made visible to Requesters when viewed within the Requester Portal

Resolution Note Field when viewed from within the Agent Portal

This would be of particular benefit for a Requester if the Resolution Note field contains a suggestion of what they might need to do next or to act as a reminder of what was done a previous time if they were to raise, for example, a recurring Incident.

 

Currently, Resolution Note manipulation is only available within Business Rules for Agents, for example:

So perhaps this could be expanded to Requesters as well.
