We need to send/receive screenshots in Chat. The ability to show our users around the portal is not an advantage. We frequently have to create a ticket and have our customers chat and email us at the same time to show the issue they are having which is a huge inconvenience.

I'd reached out prior about this and they said it's in the road map but there is no ETA
hope this gets added soon as well I need the feature too
