Currently in the ticket list view, the "Sort by" dropdown only offers a limited set of fields (Created date, Priority, Status, etc.). It is not possible to sort the full ticket list by the assigned agent, nor is the "Assigned to" column header clickable for sorting.
New Idea
Allow sorting ticket list by "Assigned to" / Agent column
