There columns that have way too much white space so it would be nice to have the ability to resize them. See screenshot for example

The whitespaces between the columns in the table view have been optimised - the column width auto-adjusts according to the browser zoom & the number of columns selected

+12@Tad @Thad, This is something that we've been planning for sometime now. We're working on a few ideas to improve your experience with the ticket list view and re-sizing columns is definitely in our to-do list.

I think this would be a very important development. Our team has been using FreshDesk for a couple of months now, and we really love it. But we keep butting our heads against the fact that we can't manually adjust/resize columns, rows, font size, etc. in the ticket views. There is too much white space in awkward places, which means that some columns have too much space and some don't have enough. We find ourselves trying to rename ticket field options, like "Waiting on Third Party" in the status column, just so it doesn't require two lines, which makes that ticket taller/thicker than the others.
Has there been any action on this item since 5 months ago?

We are fairly new to FreshDesk as well. The ticket table view has a lot of potential, would love more column control.
+1Not being able to resize columns is a such a pain. When you are trying to get impotant information as possible without having to go into each ticket being able to resize columns optimises the screen retail space.
