We have the Freshdesk and JIRA integration setup which allows us to link our JIRAs to our Freshdesk tickets as shown below
If you look at these two linked JIRAs you'll see there is a master link and a child link. This means that we will receive notifications only for the master link on our FD internal notes
If I want to make the child JIRA the master instead there is no way for me to do this as I don't have the option of choosing which ticket is the master and which one is the child.
The only workaround is to unlink the master. And only once that is done do I have the option of choosing the child as the Master Link
I would like to be able to do this without having to unlink a JIRA first
