We have added a number of Ticket fields, and over time - the list of options has grown. It would be great to either have an option in the Ticket Fields > Field Editor to Alphabetise the options in each field - or automatically do this in the ticket form.
It is a nightmare to try and drag/drop these in the editor screen to try and get them back into order
