Alphabetize Solution Folders/Articles

Specifically, it would be great to be able to sort articles alphabetically by name… Seems you can sort by just about anything else…

To add on to this, ticket fields (categories and items specifically) should be automatically sorted alphabetically, maybe an option to toggle it on or off?

This should be able to be applied to everything, though.

Sorting by last edit and/or last publishing date would also be incredibly useful, when an organization like mine wants to review its solutions database. And the view would need to “stick” across multiple browser window refreshes—sort by article age descending (i.e. oldest first); view/edit/publish the oldest article; and then return to the view to pick up the next oldest article.

As it is, it seems to sort by article age, but ascending (i.e. newest first)—which means a lot of extra work to get to the oldest article each time you edit-and-publish.

So from the last response from alyssia.correa, Freshworks will NOT be giving us the link to alphabetize our solutions articles. No?

Why would you not implement this very basic function? Without it the Solutions library is incredibly difficult to manage and is holding back buy-in from users in our organization.
