I am currently facing some techincal issues with Freshdesk is stated An internal error occurred. Please contact support. Can you please help me it has immediately?

An internal error occured. Please contact support.
I have a problem with posting one of my posts on Indeed. When I select Indeed in JOB BOARD, an error occurs. Unable to post it on Indeed. On the other sites offered (Glassdoor etc) it works well but not for Indeed.
For the second post displayed the Indeed option worked.
Could you help me to solve this problem please
