Freshservice analytics are great, but we'd like to be able to have agents build reports and be able to share them with groups, similar to sharing scenarios.
Our IT team acts as the admins for our Helpdesk instance which encompasses many different teams, and this would help us build them a "starter" pack and have it shared with them to be able to build on top of.
+4+1 for this request plus option to share with individuals.
We use Freshservice for many departments, IT, HR, Economy, Marketing etc. and the list of shared reports gets veeeery long and only a few are relevant for each department.
