Analytics add reporting on Service Catalog item custom fields

For analytics add the ability to report on the custom fields created for service catalog items.  The export feature already exists in Data Export if the filter is set, so setting a similar option would be helpful for reporting.

Always find that we still don’t have this feature when I go looking for it, like I did today.  I get it’s complicated, but it’s silly we can’t report /filter on the custom fields, nor can we add the fields as columns to view in the ticket list views.

I thought that the new “shared fields” would be the solution to this, however this is still not available to report on, so not really sure what the shared field purpose was, when that could be achieved with custom objects.
