We have several points of email ingestion and are evaluating how often tickets that are sent to these are routed elsewhere to cut down on ticket hot-potato and improve turn time.  As I found out today, there is no way to use the “To” email address on a ticket to sort.

As an example, John Doe sends an email to businesssupport@company.freshservice.com which raises a ticket. The ability to list off any ticket sent to that email is what we are looking for and it doesnt appear to be natively possible in FS analytics.

@Medic1334 could you please elaborate on the requirement? Specifically, please explain this a bit more for us to understand the ask: ‘The ability to list off any ticket sent to that email is what we are looking for’?

He means in a report you like to create a widget that shows the TO adress that is used in the tickets.

Daniel’s reply is accurate. We have multiple email addresses configured for intake within FreshService that will go to a single group.  If I wanted to see how many tickets were being received from email address 1, there is no way to do that via analytics because there is no way to filter the “To” address that the email was sent to (unless it is named something different).

The use case here is that a single agent group may be set to intake from several points of intake, but we would like some reporting setup to reflect how we are getting the work beyond just “Email” as a source option.
