Dear Freshservice Admins !
I would like to build a report on Analytics with all of our Assets (focus on Laptops for the moment)
with these fields :
- Asset Name
- S/N
- Product Name / Vendor
- Used by Email
- Cost
But i would like also the Contract(s) associated to these Assets also because an Asset could be associated to more than 1 contract.
Here is the answer from FS Support on this request :
We don't show associated assets in contract widgets in Analytics as of now. We don't show associated contracts in asset widgets either. API is our only option currently.
Please vote for this idea as I consider it misses a lot of features also in Analytics
