With the new Average Handling Time (AHT) feature I was surprised to see that it’s not possible to create an Analytics report that includes the AHT grouped by Tag and I think this functionality should definitely be added.
Based on an e-mail I had with Freshdesk support end of March “they do not have any plans as such to add the same”.
