We don’t know which of those channels is more popular or effective.
Request
To be able to Group Article Views by the place that they were viewed in Analytics. Eg. 100 article views. 60 on Widget, 40 on Widget.
Are there other sources that I’m missing? Times that an article was viewed when served by a bot, perhaps?
+1This would be extremely helpful. Right now, we have a ticket widget that displays in our application. We are unable to see which articles are viewed there vs in the portal. If we understood this, we would know how much deflection these articles do in-app vs in the portal before submitting a ticket.
