I would like reports to be available via an API endpoint in either CSV or preferably json to allow for automatic ingestion into our internal systems.

We would like to consolidate our many systems data into one place, in this case an ELK stack.

Currently reports are only available for PDF download or mailing a csv.

@Juliank You can choose the option to access data exports using an API endpoint (screen shot below). Will this feature help you? Also, could you please share which Freshworks product you are using?

@Amrit Mishra I am a Freshdesk user. Is this option available to me?

My use case is to be able to create dashboards for our customers where they can themselves access reports I have built in Analytics.

I know I can schedule the report, but I would rather give them the opportunity to be able to access it like a dashboard and engage with the variables in the report (like Ticket type, time period etc).

If you have Pro or higher, in Analytics you need sto scroll down and in the left down corner you should see Settings. There can you find data export.

Nice, @Daniel Söderlund - thanks.

This is however not the option to share this on report level, but the entire analytics data - if I’m not mistaken? So I need to build the report in an external tool then?

@andersreve To add to what @Daniel Söderlund mentioned above, if the requirement is to be able to share links/URLs of the Analytics reports so that your customers can directly access them without having to sign in to the application, then this will be a new feature for us. Publicly shareable links for accessing reports is on our long term roadmap, but please feel free to raise it as an idea here.
